Robin Trade Premium provides a crypto trading cashback tracking and distribution service. We connect with supported cryptocurrency exchanges via API to track your trading volume and facilitate cashback rewards based on our tier system.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Keys and Security

When connecting exchanges, you must provide API keys with "Read Only" access. Never provide API keys with withdrawal or trading permissions. Robin Trade Premium is not responsible for any loss of funds resulting from improperly configured API keys.

5. Cashback Payouts

Cashback calculations are based on data provided by our partner exchanges. Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed due to exchange reporting discrepancies. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Limitation of Liability

Robin Trade Premium is not a financial advisor or exchange. We are not liable for any trading losses incurred on partner platforms. Our liability is strictly limited to the accurate tracking and distribution of earned cashback.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the cashback tracking system.
• Using automated scripts to generate fake volume (wash trading).
• Reverse-engineering our platform or circumventing our security measures.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
